You will not inherit a book of business. You will build one. Success in this role comes from disciplined prospecting, high call volume, strong clinical messaging (we will teach you the clinical side), and the persistence to turn a first conversation into a prescribing relationship. What You'll Do Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly Who We're Looking For You don't need medical or clinical experience. You need a track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment and the drive to outwork the competition.
