Sales Director, Americas - ERA and Integral Family Aircraft

Job Description:

The Sales Director, Americas, bears the responsibility for driving aircraft sales and cultivating robust relationships with clientele. This position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and operates in close collaboration with the Leader of USA Operations. The incumbent is accountable for the achievement of defined sales metrics and supporting the expansion of regional airline, charter, cargo, and corporate operators for ERA, as well as individuals, flight schools, and aerobatic organizations for Integral operators. The Sales Director will engage in close cooperation with the Customer Support, Parts Sales, Communications, Marketing and Aircraft Sales departments to ensure optimal success. This role has direct supervisory responsibilities and involves training and assisting other team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree in Business or Aviation Background in sales, marketing, international business and management experience, and or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong customer relations skills, curiosity, and teamwork are essential. Proactive, well-organized, and dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility. Holding a Commercial Pilot License and Flight Instructors License or equivalent experience is a plus.

Skills:

Highly proficient in both Windows and Google-based computer software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective interaction with both internal and external stakeholders. English is mandatory; French language skills are desirable.
