This is not primarily an individual-producer position. The Sales Manager's primary responsibility is to make the entire sales team better. The right leader will create consistent producer performance through clear expectations, measurable scorecards, daily accountability, pipeline management, call coaching, sales training, recruiting, and individual development. Allied is an established independent Florida insurance agency with a primary focus on Florida homeowners insurance and additional personal-lines opportunities including Auto, Flood, Umbrella, Boat, Motorcycle, and related products. We are building a sales organization that is system-driven rather than dependent on individual heroics. The Sales Manager will be accountable for creating predictable sales execution while developing both existing producers and future hires into high-performing insurance professionals. We are looking for someone who understands that great sales management is not simply motivating people. It means inspecting performance, identifying the real cause of underperformance, coaching from evidence, holding people accountable, and helping producers improve.
