Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and qualified marketing professional to work with management team in dynamic census development for our assisted living/ memory care operation. We are looking for long-term loyal and dedicated team members who will stay and grow with us. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining Assisted Living/ Memory Care occupancy through the implementation of a facility marketing plan and application of sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Both internal and external sales Coordinating all marketing functions as well as special events and monitoring Executing admission policies and procedures for resident move insKey Qualifications:
The candidate must possess at least one year experience in assisted living related sales with a proven track record of sales success. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience (at minimum 1 year) in Assisted or Senior Living environment Person should be experienced, self-motivated and organized to work in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills, and be an effective time manager and multi-tasker Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials and the general public Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly Attention to detail and well-developed customer service and organizational skills. Ability to initiate and foster relationship with medical professionals, social workers, discharge planners and individuals working in related fields. Familiarity with VA Benefits Programs and/or Medicaid LTC programs as they relate to Assisted Living would be a plusJob Types:
