Eastern Regional Sales Manager Reports To:
Sr Vice President of Sales Position Summary:
The Eastern Regional Sales Manager will help penetration of Arctic product line/s in all channels. Lead the enrichment of current relationships and identify potential partners, in addition to nonperforming partners in need of improvement. Provide status reports of partner strategies, results and deficiencies to the Sr VP of Sales monthly. Demonstrate a high degree of passion and urgency, while maintaining a positive outlook. Interact with corporate leadership in a culture of accountability that values transparency and the frequent exchange of information and ideas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work an existing territory at an exemplary level, setting the bar high Serve as a resource for rep organizations in the territory by providing coaching and support to include quotes, negotiations, product knowledge, project strategies, and networking Work with the leadership team to identify opportunities for revenue growth in and outside the territory Contributes to strategic relationship development with Arctic partners, aligning strategies and goals Responsible for helping to drive top-line revenue growth and partner adoption of Arctic products, practices, and pricing Assist Sr VP of Sales in developing and executing joint sales and "Go to Market" (GTM) programs for Arctic partners with the marketing team's support Assist Sr VP of Sales in managing revenue targets of Arctic partners individually and in the aggregate Engage end-user customers to obtain case study content to expand the partner tool kit; create and drive revenue opportunities for both parties with marketing team support Assist Sr VP of Sales in coordinating for Trade Shows / Industry Events / VIP Meetings /Corporate Training Assist Sr VP of Sales in monthly record keeping of Rep Scorecards and accountability of quarterly targets for each group in the territory Other duties as defined by the
VP of Sales Knowledge, Skills and Education:
Leads by example for sales and project staff with a "team first" approach Creative and consistent lead generation and follow up Identify best sales practices and methods and share in real time Demonstrates strong problem-solving, analysis and project management skills Professional and positive demeanor, always going the extra mile Strong organization acumen and ability to multitask and meet deadlines Adept in a multitude of software:
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Language, Physical, and Travel Requirements:
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required Extended periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, standing at trade show / events Occasionally lifting weights of up to 25 pounds Estimated 40%+
