Duties and Responsibilities To promote Cruise business development According to targets set by the Company in volume & Gross Profit Via own account development and through country/network Sales. Liaison with : Sales Teams
  • to assist them in customer coverage and country Pipeline. Operations
  • in-country, to ensure full SOP/smooth handling of shipments. Procurement
  • in-country & Regional, to ensure a relevant mix of equipment, space & rate is available.
To maintain clear reporting of monthly activities & accomplishments. To lead & maintain a national Pipeline of Cruise accounts sufficient for Budget. To become familiar with the Company's ISC solutions as another Sales channel. To find suitable Cruise Exhibitions and Shows for attendance & client promotion. To assist network offices to have a sellable Cruise customer product to reach scale. Educational background / Work experience Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in transportation and logistics management in a related industry. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry trends, best practices, and regulations. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems. Language skills Fluent in English (oral and written) Computer Literacy Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
