is a growing company specializing in high-end interior fit-out projects . We work with private clients and leading professionals in the luxury interior design industry, with a strong focus on custom millwork, premium materials, finishes, and decorative details. We are looking for a Sales Manager to support our growth and develop new business opportunities in the luxury interiors market. The Role The Sales Manager will focus on business development, client relationships, and commercial growth .
Key responsibilities include:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the luxury interior market. Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, decorators, private clients, and other industry professionals. Develop and grow a network of contacts within the luxury interiors and design community. Identify potential clients and projects and introduce the company's capabilities and services. Present and promote premium materials, finishes, hardware, and bespoke interior solutions. Understand clients' aesthetic and technical expectations and recommend appropriate solutions. Develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Attend client meetings, networking events, trade shows, and industry events. Follow up with prospects and develop opportunities through to commercial agreement. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and report on business development activities. Work closely with management and the internal team to support the development of new business. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, business development, or client relations , preferably in luxury interiors, decorative arts, architecture, design, or a related industry. Strong knowledge or interest in high-end interior design and premium materials. Experience with bespoke products, decorative hardware, finishes, or custom interiors is a strong plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial and networking abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Fluent in English. Fluency in French is strongly preferred. Ability to travel when required.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
