General Statement:
The Business Development Manager - Corporate Housing (Country Clubs & Resorts) will play a key role in expanding Pro Housing's presence within Florida's country club and resort industry. This position is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Working closely with Operations, the Business Development Manager will also help ensure seamless client onboarding, successful housing execution, and an exceptional experience for every client and their employees. This is an opportunity to build lasting relationships, drive meaningful business growth, and help organizations provide their teams with a comfortable place to call home.
Essential Duties:
Provides quality customer service to both internal and external customers by embodying our "CEP It Up" (customer first, effort, and professionalism) working attitude and appearance. Grows our corporate housing services within the Country Club and Resort industry, with a focus on long-term strategic partnerships. Prioritizes business development efforts across both the Southeast and Southwest coasts of Florida. Identifies, qualifies, and nurtures new prospects through networking, outreach, on-site visits, events, and industry associations. Manages the entire sales cycle—from lead generation, property research, and proposal development to contract negotiation and onboarding. Maintains client pipeline within CRM system to provide accurate insight into upcoming client and revenue growth Collaborates closely with Operations to assist in the setup, onboarding, and ongoing execution of new accounts to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Represents the company professionally at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings. Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, hospitality sales, relocation services, or related industries. Strong existing network within Country Clubs and Resorts—particularly among General Managers, HR Directors, and department leaders—is highly preferred Based within reasonable driving distance to both the Southeast and Southwest Florida coasts (e.g., Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota, West Palm, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, or nearby areas). Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently with clear performance goals. Ability to travel regionally for client meetings, events, and property visits. Possession of a valid driver's license Ability to pass pre-employment background check, DMV check, and drug test
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
