Can You Build, Motivate, and Drive a Sales Team? We are looking for a high-energy, competitive, results-driven leader who knows how to take control of a sales team and push performance to the next level. If you have successfully supervised a call center, know how to manage a sales team, and are the type of person who thrives on goals, accountability, and results, we want to hear from you. As our National Call Center & Business Development Manager, you will oversee Call Center Representatives and Business Development Representatives throughout the United States. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to create energy, coach performance, and keep a team focused on winning. Key Responsibilities Oversee Call Center Representatives and Business Development Representatives across the United States Lead, motivate, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance standards Monitor call volume, lead activity, follow-up, conversion rates, productivity, and overall sales performance Hold team members accountable for meeting established goals and expectations Conduct regular team meetings, individual coaching sessions, and performance reviews Identify underperformance quickly and implement plans for improvement Create a motivated, competitive, and results-driven sales environment Monitor lead flow and ensure opportunities are being properly followed up on Work closely with executive leadership to establish sales strategies, goals, and performance expectations Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members Develop and improve call scripts, sales processes, training materials, and procedures Maintain consistent expectations and communication across teams operating in multiple states Review performance reports and identify opportunities to improve productivity and results Provide leadership with regular updates regarding team performance, challenges, and results Required Qualifications Proven experience managing and leading a sales team Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills Ability to motivate employees and create a high-energy sales culture Ability to hold employees accountable and address performance issues Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable managing employees across multiple locations and states Ability to analyze performance reports and use data to improve results Must be proactive, energetic, competitive, motivated, and results-oriented Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn, navigate, and effectively utilize multiple software systems and technology platforms Who We Are Looking For We want someone who takes ownership. Compensation starts at $85,000 annually, with opportunity for growth based on experience and performance.
