Conduct strategic territory planning, customer segmentation, and pipeline management to meet defined performance goals.

Utilize CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or Power BI) to oversee sales activities, customer interactions, forecasting, and performance analytics with high data integrity.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations and technical discussions tailored to airport and airline stakeholders.

Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Prepare and present regular reports detailing sales volume, forecast accuracy, and strategic opportunities for expansion.

Requirements

Leadership:

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.

Travel:

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region and occasionally internationally.

Other Requirements:

You know how to connect with decision-makers, manage complex projects, and bring clarity to the challenges of airside infrastructure and power delivery. You thrive on building relationships, developing your team, and shaping the future of sustainable, efficient ground operations in aviation.
