Prospecting Full Job Description Marketing Representative Location:
Pembroke Pines, FL Position Overview Our Client is seeking a motivated and outgoing Marketing Representative to drive business development and revenue growth throughout the assigned territory. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong referral relationships with property managers, multifamily communities, insurance professionals, commercial property owners, facility managers, contractors, and other local business partners . The ideal candidate is comfortable with outside sales, networking, prospecting, presenting, and developing long-term professional relationships. Experience in restoration, cleaning, insurance, construction, or a related service industry is preferred. Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with referral partners throughout the assigned territory Conduct prospecting calls, in-person visits, presentations, and follow-up activities to generate new business Promote Our Client's restoration and cleaning services and clearly communicate the company's competitive advantages Develop relationships with property managers, multifamily communities, insurance professionals, contractors, facility managers, and other commercial referral sources Attend networking events, association meetings, lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and community events to increase brand awareness Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share within the territory Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities, opportunities, and referrals using marketing/CRM software Track sales activity and provide regular updates on territory performance and revenue opportunities Consistently work toward and achieve assigned sales and revenue goals Represent Our Client professionally throughout the community and build a strong local presence Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Minimum 2 years of direct sales, outside sales, business development, or account management experience Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Comfortable working independently and managing a territory Ability to make prospecting calls and conduct regular in-person business visits Experience in restoration, cleaning, insurance, construction, property management, or related industries preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for territory travel
