Monday-Friday, set your own hours Breeze Pest Control is a family-owned, fast-growing pest control company in Pensacola. We're hiring an experienced D2D closer to work assigned neighborhoods and bring on new residential contracts.
THIS IS A DOOR-TO-DOOR WALKING SALES ROLE WITH A BASE + COMMISSION STRUCTURE.
Pay Base:
$1,200 every two weeks
Commission:
$50 per new contract
Quota:
5 new contracts per day, Monday-Friday At quota: $1,200 base + $2,500 commission = $3,700 every two weeks How it works You're assigned specific neighborhoods to work We provide the sales script and Starbucks gift cards to hand to homeowners Set your own hours — once you've hit your daily quota, you're done for the day First two weeks: grace-period quota of 3 contracts/day while you learn the script and territory Requirements 2+ years of door-to-door sales experience, provable Prior sales manager experience, provable Reliable personal vehicle (required to reach assigned neighborhoods) Comfortable walking several miles a day Perks Segway provided for door-to-door movement after you close 40 contracts in a 30-day period Company vehicle eligibility after 5 months with the company
