You will train, lead, and scale a high-performing door-to-door team while managing daily field operations and territory strategy to fuel our growth across Florida.

What You'll Do:

Interview, hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of canvassers Set daily routes and field schedules Implement effective canvassing strategies Work with Sales and Marketing to align team efforts Lead team meetings and offer daily coaching

Work Areas:

Plantation, Lauderhill, Lauderdale Lakes, Tamarac, Coral Springs, North Lauderdale, Miami-Dade County, and Pompano Beach.

Requirements:

Proven experience required A track record of interviewing, training, and retaining Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated Coachable and willing to follow a proven system Strong skills in territory planning, mapping, and logistics

Compensation:

Earning potential: $100k

•$180k / year Uncapped commissions + benefits Performance-based bonuses Weekly pay Company vehicle included
