Sales Manager - Resort Sales | Port St. Lucie, FL $60,000-$80,000 + Performance Bonus | Full Benefits | Resort Environment Ready to sell something more exciting than four walls and a meeting room? We're looking for an experienced Hotel/Resort Sales Manager to join the sales team of a newly renovated, full-service destination resort in Port St. Lucie, Florida . This is an opportunity for a hotel sales professional who knows how to prospect, build relationships and convert business across Group, Leisure, SMERF and Business Travel segments . You'll be selling a 320-room, activity-rich resort with approximately 22,000 sq. ft. of meeting space plus outdoor event venues — giving you a genuinely compelling product to take to market. What You'll Do You'll actively solicit new business and develop accounts, conduct property tours and host prospective clients, sell group and leisure opportunities, negotiate contracts and work with clients from initial enquiry through execution. You'll also collaborate across the property on budgets, vendors, event concepts, BEOs and F&B requirements — so we're looking for someone who understands how hotel sales translates into the guest and event experience. What We're Looking For We're particularly interested in candidates with hotel or resort sales experience who have sold one or more of the following segments: Group, Corporate/Business Travel, Leisure, SMERF, Meetings & Events or Catering. Experience with Delphi and/or Opera Cloud is advantageous, as is experience selling a full-service resort, conference hotel or destination property. Most importantly, you should be a proactive seller — someone comfortable prospecting for new accounts, building relationships, conducting site tours, negotiating business and closing.
