Employment Terms The first two weeks are probationary and unpaid. During this period, you must secure at least two listings. If selected to continue, you will begin a 60-day probationary period with the following pay structure: First 30 days: $750 per week Second 30 days: $1,000 per week Upon successful completion of probation, the final salary will be $1,500 per week There are also significant commission opportunities through the training new hires, qualified leads, and company resources we provide. We invest heavily in our team, including tools such as company vehicles and ongoing professional development. We're looking for someone we can invest in long term and who is excited to grow alongside the company. This industry extends beyond standard office hours, requiring attention to client needs and deal management even outside the typical 9-5 timeframe. Applicants must be able to obtain a State of Florida Yacht and Ship Brokers License Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and supervise a team of sales professionals. Conduct Interviews for Agents Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate records. Handle day-to-day tasks, including sending contracts to clients. Maintain the office and lot spaces for operational efficiency. Supervise all team members to ensure workflow effectiveness.

Requirements:

Proven experience in being a sales manager. (3-5 Years) Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software is advantageous. Dedication to maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
