We are a rapidly expanding international leader in premium aircraft detailing services, specializing in high-end exterior and interior detailing, polishing, ceramic coatings, and protective treatments for private jets, turboprops, pistons, and commercial aircraft. Our services help aircraft owners, operators, and FBOs maintain pristine, showroom-quality aircraft while protecting their investments. We're seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales in the Tampa Bay region of Florida. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships through personal, face-to-face meetings with clients—including FBOs (Fixed-Base Operators), aircraft management companies, charter operators, private owners, and maintenance facilities. You'll conduct in-person outreach, presentations, and site visits to demonstrate our services and close deals. While some prospecting and follow-up can be done remotely, the core of success in this aviation niche comes from direct, on-site client engagement. Depending on performance and business growth, up to 25% travel will be required—primarily regional within Florida for key meetings, facility tours, or industry events. Why Join Us? Actively prospect and generate new business leads among FBOs, aircraft operators, charter companies, and private jet owners in the Sarasota, Tampa, and surrounding Florida areas—primarily through in-person visits and networking. Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships via face-to-face meetings , site visits, and personalized demonstrations of our premium detailing services. Conduct on-site presentations and consultations, highlighting value, quality, and ROI to decision-makers at airports and FBOs. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with operations and detailing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities within the aviation/FBO sector.Requirements:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in aviation, aircraft services, FBO operations, detailing, or related luxury industries (e.g., marine/yacht detailing, luxury auto care transferable). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through relationship-driven, in-person selling. Strong hunter mentality with excellent prospecting, negotiation, closing, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable and confident conducting face-to-face client meetings and site visits independently. Willingness and ability for up to 25% travel (mostly regional; dependent on success and growth). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Passion for aviation and understanding of aircraft operations/FBO environments is a big plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Compensation & Benefits:
