Sales Manager - VIVA Home (Home Improvement / Home Services)

Sarasota, FL | Full-Time | $150,000-$250,000 (Commission + Bonuses) Pure Viva USA is looking for a high-level Sales Manager to lead and grow our in-home sales division. If you have a strong background in sales leadership and a proven track record in the home improvement or high-ticket B2C space, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of in-home sales professionals Track and drive key performance indicators (demo rate, close rate, revenue per rep) Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead flow and job handoff Recruit, onboard, and train new sales talent Deliver weekly reporting and forecasts to leadership Build a strong culture of performance, accountability, and growth

You Must Have:

Minimum 3 years of sales management experience Background in home improvement or similar B2C industries History of exceeding sales goals and KPIs Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-based coaching Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
