Director of Ticket Sales & Service Port St. Lucie Sports Club (USL League One) Port St. Lucie, FL About the Club Port St. Lucie SC is part of the continued expansion of USL League One, one of the fastest-growing professional soccer leagues in the United States. The Club will play at the new Walton & One Stadium, a 6,000-seat venue on Florida's Treasure Coast, and is committed to building a brand rooted in the local community. Position Summary Port St. Lucie SC is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial and results-driven Director of Ticket Sales & Service to lead the Club's ticket sales strategy and oversee all ticketing operations. This leader will build the ticket sales department from the ground up. That means recruiting, mentoring and developing a growing sales and service team, and keeping the team on pace toward its goals. The Director will generate and maximize ticket revenue through season memberships, partial plans, group sales, premium seating and single-match tickets. The role also includes delivering outstanding service, developing sales and service strategies, and building lasting partnerships across the Treasure Coast. This position reports to the [Chief Revenue Officer] and is based onsite in Port St. Lucie, FL. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, train and mentor ticket sales and service representatives as the department grows Support and lead reps in their efforts to achieve individual and team sales goals Set weekly and monthly sales and service goals, track pacing, and coach the team to exceed them Build a positive, accountable sales culture that values initiative, creativity and dedication Strategic Leadership & Revenue Generation Develop and carry out strategic plans to grow ticket sales, including season memberships, partial plans, group sales, premium seating and single-match tickets Lead the annual ticket sales campaign, including new sales, renewals and retention Drive revenue through pricing strategies, promotions and sales campaigns Develop marketing plans, promotions, presentations and proposals that support ticket sales Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity and budgets Lead Generation & Sales Management Find new sources of business leads and build lead lists for the sales team Distribute inbound leads from the website and main phone line Personally sell and close season memberships, group and premium packages Research and build a prospect list of local businesses, schools, youth soccer clubs and community organizations Service & Retention Build positive relationships with current account holders and past ticket buyers Provide exceptional service to all current and prospective customers Create and manage the member experience, including renewal programs and member events Ticket Operations Oversee all ticketing operations for home matches and Club events, including inventory, pricing, promotions and reporting Maintain the Club's CRM and ticketing platform, and ensure accurate reconciliation of ticket revenue Events & Community Plan and run events that promote the Club and its ticket packages Represent the Club at community events and networking functions Collaboration Work closely with Executive Leadership and all business departments, including Marketing, Partnerships, Community Relations, Merchandise, Finance, Game Day Operations and HR, to support Club initiatives Match Day Responsibilities Work all home matches and oversee sales and service staff, including suites and premium areas Assist with client and fan entertainment, promotional execution and other departments as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience At least three (3) years of experience in ticket sales, sports sales, hospitality sales or business development Demonstrated success in generating new business and meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong leadership, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels Excellent customer service, attention to detail and problem-resolution skills Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing systems Valid driver's license and ability to drive for Club business Ability and willingness to work varied and long hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and all home matches Preferred Professional sports or entertainment experience 1-2 years of people management experience, with a track record of meeting team or department sales goals Experience with platforms such as SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, FEVO or similar systems Experience working for a startup or expansion organization Bilingual (English/Spanish) Port St. Lucie SC is an equal opportunity employer.
