Senior Sales Director Medicare Sales Sunrise, FL | In-Office Salary $150k + Bonus GoVine Insurance is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead and scale our Medicare sales organization. What we're looking for: 5+ years of Medicare sales/distribution experience Senior leadership experience with a carrier, FMO, or large Medicare agency Experience managing 100+ licensed agents and multiple sales managers Proven ability to scale to 200+ productive agents Deep experience in recruiting, onboarding, licensing, training and agent ramp up Strong Medicare call center leadership experience Expertise in AEP/OEP planning, carrier readiness, commissions, overrides, chargebacks, effectuation and retention Ability to improve agent retention, productivity, onboarding efficiency and workforce planning Data driven leadership across KPIs, close rates, CPA, productivity, quality, and turnover Strong Medicare compliance and quality control background Established relationships with carriers, FMOs, managers, and high producing agents Ability to lead and develop our existing Sales Director and sales leadership team We are looking for someone who brings leadership, industry relationships and a proven Medicare sales playbook to help take GoVine Insurance to the next level.
