This is a fast-track role:

you'll learn membership sales, team leadership, and club operations from the ground up, with a clear path to Sales Manager. We promote from within, and we move quickly on people who produce. What you'll do Sell memberships — tours, presentations, follow-up, closing Hit and exceed individual monthly sales targets Learn to coach and hold a sales team accountable Run the front-end member experience: first impression through enrollment Work the phones, referrals, and outreach to keep the pipeline full Train under the Sales Manager on scheduling, reporting, and daily numbers What we're looking for Sales experience (fitness, retail, hospitality, or B2C — we'll teach the industry) Competitive, coachable, and comfortable with a number on your back Available nights and weekends — that's when members walk in Reliable transportation and a professional presence Leadership ambition; this is a management track, not a sales seat Compensation Base salary of $17/hr plus uncapped commission Realistic first-year earnings: $60k-$80k Free membership, benefits, and promotion to Sales Manager based on performance, not tenure How to apply Send your resume to raquel@gffitnessgyms.com.
