2989946191-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Inizio Engage is seeking an Aquestive District Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts for innovative therapies in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical space. You will develop and execute territory strategies, coach and mentor a team of sales representatives, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers, practice leaders, and key accounts. Partnering closely with medical, marketing, and market access teams, you will use data-driven insights to optimize performance, support product launches, ensure compliant promotion, and deliver patient-centered, measurable results in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a district sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans for key markets. Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers. Use data and CRM insights to forecast, track, and optimize sales performance. Support product launches and promotional initiatives in alignment with brand strategy. Ensure all promotional activities comply with regulatory and company standards. Collaborate with marketing, medical, and market access teams to address customer needs. Conduct field rides, feedback sessions, and training to improve sales effectiveness. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Report territory performance, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership.
