3005084443-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Inizio Engage seeks a Regional Manager to lead biopharma engagement across a defined territory. You will drive regional strategy, sales growth, and client satisfaction for biotechnology and pharmaceutical accounts, overseeing field and account teams that support patient, provider, and payer experiences. Partnering with cross-functional scientific, digital, and commercial experts, you will guide product launch and commercialization initiatives, leverage data and insights to optimize performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role is ideal for a mission-driven leader who thrives in a collaborative, inclusive environment and wants to shape how healthcare is delivered at scale. Responsibilities Own regional strategy and execution for biopharma engagement programs, aligned with client and company goals. Lead, coach, and develop regional field and account teams to meet and exceed performance targets. Build and manage key relationships with biopharma clients, healthcare providers, and other regional stakeholders. Use data, analytics, and market insights to optimize territory performance and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical, regulatory, and company standards across all regional activities. Collaborate with medical, commercial, digital, and operations teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered solutions. Oversee regional forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, tracking KPIs and business outcomes. Support product launches and commercialization initiatives within the region. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and strategic account planning. Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on continuous learning and high-quality customer experiences.
