Mall Kiosk Sales Manager We are looking for an energetic, sales-driven manager to oversee our mall kiosks/carts and lead our sales team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys selling, motivating people, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily kiosk operations and sales performance Lead, train, and motivate sales associates Set and monitor daily/monthly sales goals Actively participate in sales and lead by example Manage scheduling, attendance, and staff coverage Train new employees on products, demonstrations, and closing techniques Ensure compliance with company procedures and mall policies Monitor inventory and kiosk appearance Report sales, staffing, and operational updates to ownership

What We're Looking For:

Strong sales and leadership skills Retail or direct-sales management experience preferred Energetic, confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented Comfortable approaching and engaging customers Reliable, organized, and able to hold a team accountable Available to work mall hours, including weekends We are looking for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and is motivated to grow sales and develop a successful team.

Pay:

$51,083.43 - $61,519.83 per year
