Job Description
The Role Solera Titling seeks a dynamic Field Account Manager passionate about the automotive industry to develop and strengthen relationships with dealerships across South Carolina. This field-based role promotes and supports Solera Titling's vehicle registration and titling solutions suite. The ideal candidate will drive incremental revenue growth within existing accounts coupled with onboarding, training and supporting new sales. The Field Account Manager will be expected to spend approximately 60-75% of their time traveling within the assigned territory, meeting directly with customers to understand their needs, presenting solutions, and build long-term partnerships. What You'll Do Guarantee high-quality technical support services - deployment, installation, and utilization of our products. Master our software functions - identify and resolve customer issues, build strong relationships. Enable customers to meet their utilization targets, by resolving any technical issues and integrating the program into their workflow. Deliver impeccable customer service. Establish professional rapport while managing diverse client requirements. Determine a customer's ability to deploy and set utilization objectives for our products. Keep all client contacts informed about product developments and DMV rule changes. Create and maintain user guides, provide onsite and remote training to clients. Support sales initiatives with area sales directors. Travel to accounts within South Carolina including overnight stays and air travel as required. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred; work experience may substitute. 2+ years in the Auto Dealer industry preferred. Prior account manager experience in the automotive retail industry is a plus. Self-starter with a positive attitude, capable of independent thinking. Ability to work proficiently with a team or independently. Flexibility to adapt to client-driven schedules. Home-office based role, with 75% daily travel. Experience managing, deploying, and supporting PC and custom software applications in the automotive dealer market highly desirable. Key Account management experience a plus. Must have SC motor vehicle registration and titling experience and be able to pass a criminal background check.
