Job Description
Business Development Manager - Restoration in Douglasville, GA A fast-growing, well-funded restoration company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow its presence in the Douglasville market. This is a highly autonomous, relationship-driven role for someone who knows the local market, brings an established network, and is ready to take ownership of their territory. The company is a full-service restoration provider specializing in mitigation, contents/pack-outs, and reconstruction, with a strong and growing reconstruction division.

Requirements:
Proven business development or sales experience Strong existing book of business/local network Restoration experience preferred; construction, roofing, insurance, home services, or related backgrounds considered Strong relationship-building and communication skills Comfortable navigating the insurance process and working with customers Tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing new systems and tools Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently High level of integrity, grit, and accountabilityResponsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, adjusters, agents, property professionals, and other local contacts Leverage an existing book of business and local relationships to generate new opportunities Develop new referral sources and grow the company's presence in the market Serve as a trusted resource for clients throughout the restoration and insurance process Handle light estimating responsibilities as needed Manage your territory independently with local travel for meetings and relationship developmentCompensation, Benefits & Perks:
Compensation:
