We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven sales and sales management experience , strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position . The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, managing and developing the sales team, maintaining key customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales goals are consistently met. The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
