Job Description

Troncalli Automotive is seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing automotive team. We are looking for a proven automotive sales leader who knows how to build a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and consistently achieve sales and profitability objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach and motivate sales professionals while maintaining a positive, professional, and accountable culture. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales and gross-profit objectives Work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute sales strategies Monitor individual and team performance and provide ongoing coaching and accountability Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience throughout the buying process Review and manage sales leads, appointments, follow-up, and CRM activity Assist in the recruitment, training, development, and retention of the sales team Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer programs, financing options, and dealership processes Ensure dealership policies, processes, and compliance standards are consistently followed Lead by example and create a culture centered around teamwork, professionalism, and performance What We're Looking For 3+ years of automotive sales experience , with previous sales management experience strongly preferred A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals Strong understanding of dealership sales processes, desking, negotiations, and closing Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to coach and develop salespeople at all experience levels Strong organizational and follow-up skills Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong desire to win What We Offer Competitive compensation package Performance-based earning potential Benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A supportive, team-oriented dealership environment The opportunity to be part of the Troncalli Automotive organization, a respected automotive group with a long-standing commitment to its employees and customers
