The DM is responsible for developing Restaurant Managers, driving sales and profitability, ensuring Brand standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities Leadership & People Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers. Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance. Develop future leaders and maintain strong management teams. Operations & Brand Standards Ensure restaurants meet Dunkin' Brand, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Conduct regular store visits and follow up on action plans. Ensure successful execution of LTOs, promotions, new products, and Brand initiatives. Sales & Guest Experience Drive sales, transactions, guest satisfaction, and loyalty. Understand local market and competitor trends. Coach teams on speed, service, accuracy, and hospitality. Support local marketing and sales-building initiatives. Financial Performance Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses. Review sales and P&L performance and create action plans to improve profitability. Ensure proper cash handling and operational controls. Communication & Execution Set clear goals and expectations for each restaurant. Analyze performance and hold managers accountable for results. Partner with franchise ownership and Dunkin' Brand Field Operations. Lead district meetings and communicate company priorities. Qualifications 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Basic financial and computer skills. Guest-focused with strong business acumen. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between restaurants. District Manager Success Measures The District Manager will be evaluated on the overall performance and development of the assigned restaurant portfolio, including: Sales Growth Restaurant Profitability Labor & Food Cost Management Guest Satisfaction Speed of Service Food Safety Brand Standards & Operational Execution Manager Retention & Development Employee Engagement Training Completion LTO & Marketing Execution Restaurant Readiness & Cleanliness Action Plan Completion Overall Restaurant Performance
