Full Job Description Location:
New Jersey and Northeast Pennsylvania (Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Allentown) Make an #imPACt where it truly counts — in the lives of patients and caregivers every day. Mölnlycke's Post-Acute (PAC) team is excited to hire a Territory Sales Manager to champion our best-in-class Wound Care portfolio in New Jersey and Northeast Pennsylvania (Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Allentown and surrounding markets. As our team continues to grow over the next few years, we are looking for a motivated sales professional with 3+ years of medical sales experience in Post-Acute/Extended Care. You'll be driving sales development within DME, long-term care, skilled nursing, and home health markets while collaborating seamlessly with distributors. Our team is known for its great energy and enthusiasm for their roles, supported by dynamic leadership. Success in this position lies in your proactive approach to spotting and seizing business opportunities, understanding distribution, and most importantly, an unwavering dedication to patient care! You'll make significant contributions in the following areas : Responsible for developing effective customer relations within the Home Health / Post-Acute / market to ensure satisfaction. Work closely with supply/materials management, distributors, and various end users within the extended health market. Develop new clients and expand existing customer business within Post-Acute Care (Extended Care) through the introduction of new products, presenting product information, & explaining product features and distinctions Work with Distributor management and Distributor sales representatives to coordinate sales and marketing efforts, expand business opportunities, and increase customer service Identify and resolve customer problems Responsible for sales administration activities such as completing sales paperwork, maintaining customer records, preparing routine expense, sales, and activity reports, assisting with special projects, analyzing individual customer product mix and sales volume, and processing orders
Compensation & Benefits :
Base salary range of $88,000
  • 95,000, plus commission eligibility and car reimbursement.
