Entry Level Client Representative

AGI is focused on obtaining an individual with high integrity, strong work ethic and the will to provide a fun personality to work with. We oversee all the marketing and acquisitions for multiple companies across the states. Currently, we are looking to hire an entry level person to expand with the company in several different capacities. We provide hands on training through group settings and one on one attention. A new team member would be trained on the following: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Negotiate sales and close agreements to maximize profits Territory Management Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to management Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement for customer needs Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities Coach and develop a small to medium size team of 10-20 Plan and execute national training conference calls and meetings

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, business development Interpersonal skills for face-to-face interactions with customers Comfortable with sales presentations Organization skills to be responsible for multiple situations and projects happening simultaneously Ability to maintain professional behavior and image while dealing with business leaders What we offer: Long term growth and career potential Monday through Friday - weekends available Uncapped bonus and commission pay Traditional and non-traditional benefits offered after qualification period Full time - hybrid schedule Because we have our own in-house, extensive training we are willing to speak with you whether you have minimal professional experience, or several years.
