Mountain Side of Warm Springs Senior Living seeks an experienced Sales Manager. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and promoting our services and programs. Ensure the highest levels of customer service to our team members, residents, guests, vendors and professional referral sources. Must have a minimum of two years sales experience in a senior living community with verifiable relationships in the local market and be comfortable with conducting external business development activities. We offer a strong base salary and excellent commission structure (paid monthly), along with a comprehensive benefits package. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively and professionally with all referral sources, self-starter with ability to create own leads, effective problem-solving skills, and working knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office applications. Develop a comprehensive sales plan that achieves or exceeds optimum occupancy and revenue goals.
