Job Description
Business Development Manager - Cleaners Warehouse Premier Restoration Hawai'i | Maui, Hawai'i | Full-Time Premier Restoration Hawai'i is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Cleaners Warehouse business on Maui. Cleaners Warehouse serves contractors, restoration professionals, and hospitality businesses, and other commercial customers with professional-grade cleaning chemicals, equipment and specialty products. We're looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, open doors, create opportunities, and turn those opportunities into revenue. This is not a desk sales role. You'll be out in the Maui market developing relationships, visiting customers and job sites, building a pipeline, and expanding our presence within the contractor and commercial community. You'll also spend scheduled time in our Cleaners Warehouse location, staying close to our customers, products, and day-to-day business. What You'll Own Develop new contractor, commercial, hospitality, property management, and other key accounts across Maui. Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, job-site visits, and industry relationships. Grow existing accounts by identifying additional products, equipment, rentals, and solutions that support their businesses. Build trusted, long-term customer relationships and become a go-to resource for their product and equipment needs. Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and drive business through close. Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and job-site consultations. Develop relationships with vendors, trade organizations, and industry partners to generate leads and expand market presence. Coordinate customer training, vendor demonstrations, trade shows, and other business development opportunities. Track sales activity and performance against established goals and identify opportunities to accelerate growth. Partner with leadership to help shape and execute the growth strategy for Cleaners Warehouse on Maui. Provide scheduled retail coverage and support customers with products, orders, pickups, and equipment rentals. What We're Looking For 3+ years of business development, outside sales, account management, or related sales experience. Proven ability to develop relationships, generate new business, and achieve sales or revenue goals. A self-starter who enjoys prospecting and building a market, not waiting for business to walk through the door. Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-through. Comfortable learning technical products and helping customers find practical solutions. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Maui. Industry experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in cleaning, restoration, construction supply, building materials, hospitality, property management, or a related industry is especially valuable.
