Director of Sales •Oahu, HI Applicants Only•Company Overview The Madden Corporation (dba Island Heritage, Island Plantations, Island Bath & Body, and Arctic Circle USA) is the largest product development company in Hawai'i, dedicated to creating high-quality products, with corporate offices in Honolulu, HI, Anchorage, AK, and Hong Kong. The company's warehouse operations are based in Mililani, Kapolei, and Anchorage. The Madden Corporation manufactures and distributes more than 20,000 products to nearly 3,000 customers throughout Hawai'i, Alaska, and the continental U.S. We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead and grow our sales team throughout Hawaii. This position is responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding corporate and retail accounts, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage the sales team. Develop and implement sales strategies and programs. Drive new business development and expand existing accounts. Develop and maintain strong corporate and key customer relationships. Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved. Collaborate with internal departments to successfully execute sales initiatives. Identify market opportunities and strategies for continued growth. Qualifications 3-5 years of sales experience, including sales management or team leadership. Proven experience developing sales and implementing successful sales programs. Strong experience with corporate accounts and business development. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel throughout Hawaii as needed.
