Job Description

Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and performance of assigned laundromat locations through KPIs such as revenue growth, operational metrics, and employee performance metrics. Regularly visit stores to conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Identify and implement strategies to enhance store performance, customer experience, and profitability. Monitor and manage financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability for each store. Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to ensure accountability and high performance. Monitor customer feedback and work with Store Managers to address issues proactively. Ensure all equipment is in working order and oversee timely completion of maintenance and repairs. Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock availability. Conduct quarterly reviews of store operations, including financial performance and team productivity. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure consistency across all locations. Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management. Qualifications Proven experience as a District Manager or in a similar leadership role within retail, service, or operations management. Demonstrated success in managing financial performance and driving operational improvements. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions. Flexibility to travel frequently and a valid driver's license. Preferred Skills Familiarity with the laundromat or retail service industry. Experience in managing KPIs and implementing performance improvement strategies. Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling processes. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety protocols. The District Manager is responsible for leading the operations and financial performance of multiple laundromat locations. This includes driving store improvements, ensuring operational excellence, achieving financial goals, and providing leadership to store teams. District Managers will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), oversee revenue collection and accountability, and implement measurable strategies to ensure the success of their locations.
