About the role: The Sales Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing technical services, sales support, and sales aid production. This position develops and maintains effective processes, manages a high-performing support team, and ensures exceptional product knowledge and service delivery. A strong emphasis is placed on technical product support and continuous improvement in customer experience.

What you'll do:- Drive Safety and Compliance Excellence.
- Champion Diamond Vogel's purpose and values and inspire others to uphold company values.
- Lead Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, addressing complex product inquiries and application issues.
- Collaborate with the lab to troubleshoot major product concerns and ensure quality solutions.
- Manage the sales support team, oversee trade-outs, planograms, quote processing, and show setup logistics.
- Maintain effective communication between sales, customer relations, warehouse, and marketing teams.
- Oversee Wood Shop operations, sales aid production, and hands-on product training for staff and sales teams.
- Manage procurement of materials, including sales aids, shop supplies, and marketing/show materials.
- Conduct competitive product testing and comparisons to evaluate performance and alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with marketing to maintain sales materials, update promotional content, and verify website accuracy.
- Develop, maintain, and improve product training programs and documentation in alignment with business goals.
- Champion continuous improvement and team collaboration to enhance service delivery and internal processes.
- Promote cross-functional alignment and ensure consistent, high-quality customer support. What skills and experience you'll need:
- Proven experience in technical services, product support, or related leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of coatings, finishes, and application techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and collaborative.
