The Director is responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities in North America, evaluating market dynamics, setting pricing strategies, and developing effective sales plans. The Director manages relationships with key OEM customers, drives account penetration, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align products with market needs.
