- Position Summary
- Responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients joining. Ensures successful execution of implementation by coordinating internal teams, managing timelines, internal and client communication and serving as the primary liaison between the client and the organization. Ensures seamless transition of the clients to established Operational flow.
- Key Responsibilities:
- + Lead the onboarding process for new clients from contract execution to go-live.
Lead implementations to add additional products and services to existing clients
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
+ Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, IT, claims, compliance, account management, Accounting) to ensure successful integration.
+ Facilitate data exchange and system configuration, including but not limited to claims routing, provider files, Reports, invoicing .
+ Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions with client stakeholders.
+ Identify and resolve implementation issues, escalating as needed to ensure client satisfaction.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
+ Provide post-implementation support and transition clients to account management.
- Required Qualifications
- + 3-5 years of experience in healthcare implementation, or client onboarding.
+ Excellent project management and organizational skills.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations.
+ Proficiency in project management tools and healthcare systems (e.g., EDI, claims platforms).
+ Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
+ Adept at collaboration and teamwork
+ Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
+ Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Strong knowledge of PPO networks, and healthcare claims processes. + PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Education
- + Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Anticipated Weekly Hours
- 40 •Time Type•Full time •Pay Range•The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.
00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
