District Manager - Spokane / Coeur d'Alene National Quick-Service Restaurant Brand | Full-time | Based in Spokane, WA / Coeur d'Alene, ID | Travel required across the district About the role A national quick-service restaurant brand is looking for an experienced multi-unit leader to oversee our Inland Northwest district. You'll supervise multiple locations across Eastern Washington and the North Idaho panhandle, leading a team of General Managers and driving results across sales, profitability, guest experience, and people development. This is a hands-on operations role for someone who gets energy from being in the stores, coaching leaders, and building a bench of future managers. You'll report directly to the VP of Operations. What you'll do Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across multiple locations, holding them accountable to operational standards and financial targets. Own the district P&L. Drive sales growth and manage food, labor, and controllable costs. Visit every location on a regular cadence, conducting store audits on food safety, cleanliness, service, and brand standards. Recruit, hire, and onboard GMs and Assistant Managers. Build a promotable pipeline so every store has a ready successor. Analyze weekly and period financial reports, identify trends, and put action plans in place with store leaders. Ensure compliance with company policies, Washington and Idaho labor and wage laws, health department regulations, and safety programs. Lead new store openings, remodels, and menu or system rollouts within the district. Handle escalated guest and employee issues with sound judgment and urgency. Partner with HR and Facilities to support the stores. Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and respect in every location. What we're looking for 5+ years of restaurant management experience, including 2+ years leading multiple locations as a District Manager, Area Manager, or Multi-Unit GM. Proven track record of hitting sales and profitability targets and improving underperforming stores. Strong financial acumen. You read a P&L with confidence and know which levers to pull. Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing managers. Excellent communication and coaching skills. You can have direct conversations and still keep people motivated. Comfortable with restaurant technology, including POS, scheduling, inventory, and reporting systems. ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the district with occasional overnight stays. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as the business requires. What we offer Base salary of $80,168.40 to $100,000.00 per year, plus a monthly bonus tied to district performance. Company vehicle and cell phone allowance.
