The Company Davies Molding LLC, an ITG company, has been a leading supplier of standard knobs, handles, cases, and custom plastic components since 1933. What began as a small plastic molding company in downtown Chicago has grown into the world's largest manufacturer of plastic knobs and handles. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Growth Develop and execute strategic growth plans to increase revenue across injection molding, compression molding, thermoset molding, precision tooling, and value-added manufacturing services. Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and engineering-driven organizations. Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through prospecting, networking, trade shows, industry associations, and customer visits. Drive account penetration and diversification within existing customers while developing new customer relationships. Lead opportunity qualification, quoting strategy, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions. Market & Industry Development Expand company presence within: Medical Devices Life Sciences Aerospace & Defense Industrial & Electronics Electrical & Power Distribution Consumer Durable Goods Identify opportunities for growth through new products, materials, technologies, and manufacturing capabilities. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, emerging technologies, and customer requirements. Technical Sales Leadership Collaborate with Engineering, Tooling, Operations, Quality, Program Management, and Finance teams to develop winning customer solutions. Understand and communicate molding processes, tooling requirements, resin selection, validation requirements, manufacturing constraints, and commercial considerations. Support customers throughout product development, tooling design, sampling, validation, transfer, launch, and production phases. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers regarding manufacturability, cost optimization, and supply chain strategies. Medical Device & Regulated Industry Development Develop and manage commercial relationships within FDA-regulated and highly regulated manufacturing environments.

Promote the organization's quality systems and regulatory compliance capabilities. Customer Relationship Management Establish relationships with executive leadership, engineering teams, purchasing organizations, program managers, and supply chain professionals. Conduct regular business reviews and executive-level customer meetings. Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and sales activity reporting. Support customer retention and strategic account development initiatives. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Plastics Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience Minimum 7-10 years of business development, technical sales, account management, or commercial leadership experience within plastics manufacturing.

Experience working with OEMs and contract manufacturers in regulated industries. Medical Device & Regulated Industry Experience Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Medical Device, Aerospace & Defense, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
