We're looking for a Project Manager to lead client-facing IT projects within our Managed and Professional Services organization. In this role, you'll own projects from kickoff to completion, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. You'll drive planning, execution, communication, and delivery while ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with client goals. What You'll Do Lead client-facing IT projects from kickoff through successful delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and guiding stakeholders through key decisions. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners to drive execution and keep projects moving forward. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes while maintaining project momentum and accountability. Facilitate project governance through status reporting, issue resolution, and change management processes. Oversee client onboarding and the seamless transition of completed projects into managed services support. Ensure deliverables meet contractual commitments, quality standards, and client expectations. Maintain accurate project data to support forecasting, resource planning, utilization, and portfolio reporting. Champion continuous improvement by contributing to project management best practices, tools, and delivery methodologies. What You'll Bring Core Competencies Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with technical teams, business leaders, and executives. Proven track record of successfully leading client-facing projects from initiation through completion. Strong ability to balance business objectives, client expectations, and technical requirements. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to managing risks and challenges. Skilled at facilitating meetings, providing status updates, and delivering executive-level communications. Collaborative leadership style with experience working across cross-functional teams and vendor partners. Experience mentoring team members and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience managing client-facing IT projects within an MSP, consulting, or professional services environment. Demonstrated success owning projects end-to-end with direct accountability for delivery outcomes and client satisfaction. Experience supporting mid-market and enterprise clients preferred. Background working for an IT solution provider, Managed Service Provider (MSP), VAR, or similar technology organization strongly preferred. PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred. Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions. Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools, particularly Smartsheet. Compensation - From 80,000 base + bonus
