Job Description

Director of Sales The Director of Sales leads the sales department to achieve revenue goals, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with executive leadership to implement sales strategies.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $70,000 salary
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals. Analyze sales data to project revenue, set targets, and identify new markets. Manage customer relationships by identifying needs and resolving concerns. Lead and develop the sales team through training and performance evaluations. Collaborate with executives to establish quotas and sales strategies. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring expenses align with goals. Perform other duties as assigned by executive leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of proven sales experience, preferably in a leadership role. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proven leadership abilities and a results-driven approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods. Occasional travel for meetings, conferences, or client visits.
