What We're Looking For 3-5+ years in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, 3PL, or a related field preferred. Proven success growing accounts and building customer relationships. A true hunter mindset—confident, curious, competitive, and driven. Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
