Fitness Manager / Head Trainer Anytime Fitness of the Midwest is the #1 Anytime Fitness franchise group in the region , operating 12 locations with aggressive growth plans. We are seeking a highly motivated Fitness Sales Manager / Head Trainer who is passionate about health, inspires others, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. This role is perfect for a leader who loves coaching, sales, operations, and building a world-class training culture. You will take ownership of overall club performance—including training revenue, member engagement, staff development, and operational excellence. What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Leadership & Operations Oversee the daily operations of the fitness department, ensuring the club delivers an exceptional member experience. Lead, train, mentor, and develop the training team; conduct orientations, ongoing development, and performance evaluations. Support cleanliness, equipment organization, safety standards, and overall club upkeep. Work cross-functionally across multiple locations to support training, sales, and operational success.
