Job Description

District Manager Ivy League Kids is seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on District Manager to oversee multiple before- and after-school programs. This position supports staff, families, students, and school partners while ensuring each location provides safe, engaging, and consistent programming. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate program staff. Coach and support Site Directors and Site Aides. Maintain appropriate staffing levels and student-to-staff ratios. Conduct regular site visits and complete program-quality evaluations. Ensure staff follow curriculum, safety procedures, attendance requirements, and company policies. Address employee performance concerns in partnership with Human Resources. Respond professionally and promptly to parent questions or concerns. Support student behavior plans and communicate with families as needed. Build positive relationships with principals, school staff, and community partners. Monitor enrollment, staffing needs, supplies, and required documentation. Attend staff meetings, school events, registration nights, and community events. Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding staffing, program quality, and site concerns. Qualifications Experience supervising staff and managing youth programs or multiple locations. Background in childcare, education, recreation, or youth development preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to model positive classroom and behavior-management practices. Comfortable working independently and holding staff accountable. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned sites. Flexible availability that aligns with before- and after-school program hours. Must complete all required background checks and certifications. Dress Code Business casual or smart casual attire appropriate for working in school and youth-program environments.

$41,600.00 - $45,700.00 per year
