Job Description

Description
THE ROLE
We're hiring a new business growth leader. This is a diagnostician who closes — someone who earns trusted-advisor standing with senior buyers, spots the commercial opportunity others walk past, and then personally carries the deal to signature. You'll own new business growth end to end — you find it, shape it, and close it — and you'll do it with an AI-savvy team and deep industry strategists at your side.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build your own pipeline. Identify, open, and qualify net-new accounts. Our ABM programs, thought leadership, and events amplify your reach — the hunting instinct is yours. Lead the engagement. Run discovery with executives, frame the client conversation, and write the commercial core of every proposal and statement of work. Assemble the pursuit team. Bring our industry strategists and account leads into each deal at the right moment, and lead that team through the close. Land every account well. Stay accountable through delivery, then hand a healthy, stable relationship to our long-term account teams. Run a transparent pipeline. Every pursuit staged, next step named, risk called early — visible to leadership at any moment.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YEAR ONE A
full, staged pipeline of net-new opportunities you sourced and own. New accounts transitioned to our delivery teams healthy — the teams inheriting them will vouch for the handoff. Trusted by client C-suites — and equally by the directors and managers who make things happen. Requirements
WHO YOU ARE
You've personally opened and grown accounts you can name — with the numbers and the story of the engagements you've led. You build real credibility at every level of a client organization. You've spotted commercial opportunity others missed, and you can walk us through exactly how you saw it. You can hold a credible, current conversation about AI and growth with a sophisticated buyer — today. You've carried a number and closed against it.
HELPFUL, NOT REQUIRED
Agency or professional-services background. HubSpot fluency. Experience selling marketing, data, or AI-adjacent services.
HOW WE HIRE
We test for demonstrated leadership. Expect real working sessions through the interview process: A live discovery exercise with a realistic senior-buyer scenario. A walkthrough of an account you personally opened and expanded. An opportunity-diagnosis session on a real (anonymized) client situation. Conversations across our team — leadership and practitioners alike.
