Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead census growth, strengthen referral partnerships, and expand our presence throughout the Milwaukee healthcare community. The ideal candidate must have prior business development, admissions, marketing, or liaison experience within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) . Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to increase facility census and referrals Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners Identify new referral opportunities throughout the local market Conduct regular visits with referral sources and maintain consistent follow-up Collaborate with admissions and facility leadership to support smooth transitions Monitor referral activity, conversion rates, and market trends Represent the facility at networking events and community functions Maintain accurate documentation of outreach efforts and referral relationships Requirements Previous skilled nursing facility experience is required Business development, admissions, marketing, or healthcare liaison experience Established knowledge of the Milwaukee-area healthcare market preferred Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills Proven ability to increase referrals and support census growth Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Supportive leadership team Opportunities for professional growth If you are an experienced healthcare professional who understands the skilled nursing industry and knows how to develop lasting referral relationships, we would love to hear from you.
