Job Description Summary:
The VP of Sales at Andorix will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining a significant pipeline of converged network infrastructure opportunities with large real estate owners and developers across the United States and Canada. The Vice President of Sales will define and execute the go-to-market strategy, cultivate executive-level relationships across the commercial real estate ecosystem, and lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals from initial concept through contract execution. Converged network infrastructure encompasses the integrated connectivity backbone of modern buildings and portfolios - fiber, in-building wireless and cellular (DAS/small cells), private networks, Wi-Fi, IoT, and managed network services. Serve as the primary commercial interface with all internal and external parties to ensure opportunities are qualified, structured, and moved to signed agreements in a timely fashion, while collaborating with operations to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction. ~~~/. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field of study (+)
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales and/or business development experience, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value infrastructure or technology deals; experience selling to commercial real estate owners and developers strongly preferred.
  • Sales, real estate, fiber/networking/infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of converged network infrastructure - fiber, in-building wireless (DAS/small cells), private networks, Wi-Fi, IoT, and managed network services - and the commercial real estate ecosystem in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Managing 30+ people building and managing a team
  • Demonstrated success building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams, including recruiting, coaching, and managing sales professionals to consistently build and convert a strong pipeline.
  • Demonstrated success building and managing executive-level relationships, navigating long and complex sales cycles, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strong financial acumen, including the ability to build and interpret financial models, deal structures, and contract terms.
