The Seville is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Banquet Sales Manager to oversee and drive Wedding, Social, and Corporate sales, and to ensure the successful execution of events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing events and delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Banquet Sales & Planning:

Drive sales efforts for weddings, social events, corporate gatherings, and catering services.

Event Management:

Plan and facilitate events, including venue tours, preparing sales quotes and contracts, and handling follow-ups and objections.

Coordination:

Manage additional walkthroughs to finalize event details such as floor plans. Communicate effectively with banquet staff, chefs, and setup and dining teams.

Sales Operations:

Oversee daily sales operations, address client questions and concerns, manage cancellations, and ensure sales goals are met on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Client Relations:

Follow up with clients post-event to gather reviews and feedback for reputation management.

Time Management:

Handle time and workload with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualities & Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 5- 10 years in sales and the hospitality industry. Previous experience in wedding and event planning is essential.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Education:

A college degree is preferred.
