Group is growing and the ITAD Sales Director will lead the charge. Reporting directly to the President/Owner, this executive-level role owns the sales strategy, execution, and revenue performance of ARCOA's largest and most strategic business unit — building, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales organization spanning Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Channel Managers, and SDRs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the overall sales strategy, execution, and revenue performance for ARCOA's largest business unit
- Manage and develop Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Channel Managers, and SDRs
- Establish sales goals, territory plans, quotas, and pipeline expectations
- Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Logistics to align sales initiatives with operational capacity
- Lead enterprise-level customer engagements, strategic account negotiations, and executive presentations
- Develop sales processes, compensation plans, coaching programs, and performance management initiatives
- Represent ARCOA at industry conferences, associations, and networking events
- Report monthly revenue performance, forecasting accuracy, and market intelligence to executive leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Haves
- 7-12+ years of progressive sales experience
- 3-5+ years of sales leadership or management experience
- Prior experience in IT Asset Management, technology services, electronics recycling, or supply chain industries
- Proven success building and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Strong experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM administration (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience creating sales processes, compensation plans, and performance management systems
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree required Preferred
- MBA or advanced business degree
- Experience selling into enterprise, government, procurement, or IT leadership organizations
- Experience leading channel partnerships and strategic account development
- Strong understanding of technology lifecycle management and environmental compliance
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: $140,000, plus target variable of $60,000 (OTE $200,000)
- Variable paid quarterly based

$145,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
