This role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of multiple locations to ensure smooth and efficient performance. Drive sales, profitability, and overall store performance. Hire, train, and develop store managers and team members. Ensure all locations follow company standards, food safety, and cleanliness guidelines. Monitor labor, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to store management teams. Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns when needed. Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews. Implement company initiatives, promotions, and operational updates across all locations.
What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience managing multiple restaurant or retail locations. Ability to analyze sales, labor, and operational reports. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements:
Previous management experience in QSR or restaurant industry preferred. Proven ability to lead teams and improve store performance. Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation to travel between store locations.
